Retained for an estimated eighteen (18) month period, delivering Project Management, Risk Management and Supply Chain services for a Financial Performance Management (FP&A) Transformation Project, coupled with complex business unit separations, accounting structure changes and business unit divestiture activities.
Focusing on building internal project management capability, supporting the organization’s VP of PMO, developing supporting business methods, including Program/Project/Risk Management methods and approaches to deploy an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Software Deployment, integrating two ERP systems in three global regions to aggressive go-live dates.
The engagement involves The Innovation Garage program managing the multi-million solution implementation. Providing lead support for two RFP’s for technology system selection and selection of the ideal system integrator. The Innovation Garage is also embedded in the organization’s newly formed PMO, to program manage the solution.
Responsibilities include collaborating with over fifty (50) internal stakeholders, CXO executives and PE based board members including supporting an external system integrator with a team of fifty (50) external developers and supporting program scope, schedule and system go-live dates and post go-live hypercare periods.
During the deployment The Innovation Garage maintained and scheduled resources, managed the program RAID log of 200+ items, managing the deployment budget and leading weekly steering committees of client and system integrator resources for key decisions and issue resolution.
The program is in its final design stages and progressing on track and under budget.
