Ohio TechCred Program – Attention Ohio Based Organizations Looking to Build Capability in Your Organization!

Are you an Ohio-based organization looking to build employee skills?

Ohio TechCred is a program intended to enhance Ohio’s skilled workforce by reimbursing employers who help their employees earn industry-recognized, technology-focused credentials.

The Ohio TechCred Program gives employers the chance to upskill current and future employees in today’s tech-infused economy. Employers who submit successful applications will be reimbursed up to $2,000 per employee credential (up to $30,000 per funding round) when current or prospective employees complete eligible technology-focused credentials.

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Development, several of The Innovation Garage education and training programs are eligible.

Many of these trainings can be customized for your organization and  provided in a flexible delivery model, completed online, remotely or live. The program design and sessions are scheduled in small-team working sessions that are optimized for your organizations skill maturity levels and schedules.

Designed by the Ohio Department of Development, TechCred helps Ohioans learn new skills and helps employers build a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy. These technology-focused credentials take a year or less to complete and prepare current and future employees for the technology jobs Ohio employers need.
