The Innovation Garage® team provided business process design and leadership coaching with Value Engineering Methods. The team also completed a technology analysis to reach product launch cost targets.
Over an eight week period, the cross functional team (including sourcing, engineering, procurement, development and supply chain leaders) conducted a rapid component/part analysis of a complex mechanical system, delivering cost savings opportunities of $10 Million.
