Delivering a series on-site of introductory innovation and growth mindset workshops in support of New Product Introduction (NPI), Project Management, Product Management and Operations/Supply Chain Redesign.
Focusing on building internal innovation capability and developing supporting business methods, including methods and approaches to rapidly create products and services, providing business process mapping and redesign to change how the organization operates.
In multiple engagements, The Innovation Garage has provided Innovation Education, Project Management, Product Management, and Supply Chain Redesign services.
In aggregate, the engagements have increased speed to market for new innovations by thirty (30) to fifty (50) percent, and enabled the organization to retain over twenty percent of their operating cash on a year-over-year (YOY) basis.
Explicitly, in one sub project, the organization implemented lean and kanban inventory management techniques with enabling technologies reducing the annual physical inventory count timelines, increasing count accuracy and reducing physical inventory count timeline from a two week historical period to a repeatable and scalable process, completing physical inventory counts in just a single business day.
Current engagements include supporting the internal teams with targeted skills training in product design, quality analytics and agile project management education.
